Blacperl is the stage name of Zimbabwean Zim Hip Hop artist, the rapper Chiedza Babra Maswera.

Career

Blacperl started in music industry at age 16. She started working with Noble Stylz to make 2 albums Masofa Panze Vol1 & Vol2.[1] Masofa Panze Vol 3 was later released in 2016.

Early 2015, Blacperl released her 1st Single TheyDoThega, which had an All-Star Remix featuring Noble Stylz, Qounfuzed, Trae Yung and Stunner. [1]

Blacperl has performed at festivals such as Shoko Festival[1]

Blacperl is sometimes referred to by the title The Hood Queen.[1]
