Surgeries , private hospital and clinics must be owned by retired doctors and doctors on pension not doctors who are still going to work they spend their time on their business not work. If doctors becomes famers what will be the work of farmers .Who will buy products from farmers if all people become famers . The is little jobs in Zim and the is no job creation and you allow one person to hold 5 jobs that is (he is a doctor , he is a Farmer , he works in his surgery , he have part time in chemistry ).
