Anti-Corruption Drive To Top Agenda As CJ Luke Malaba Officially Opens 2020 Legal Year

Chief Justice, Luke Malaba is expected to give a keynote address at the official opening of the 2020 Legal Year ceremony scheduled to be held at the Constitutional Court in Harare today.
@StarfmZimbabwe, a local and State-run Radio Station reports that the Anti-Corruption drive will be the main topic on the agenda.
Following the official opening of the 2019 Legal Year by Malaba, the Law Society called upon all its members and stakeholders in the justice delivery system to reaffirm their commitment to the rule of law.
This was amid accusation by critics in some quotas that the judicial system had been captured by political elites who use it as their appendage to score political goals.
