Man Kills Employer, Dies In Her Car While Fleeing

A Beatrice farmworker who allegedly murdered his 77-year-old employer and dumped her body in a dam on Sunday [05 January 2020] also died in a road traffic accident the following day.

Sonboy, of Jefferson Farm in Beatrice, allegedly killed Esther Muhambi by striking her on the head with a mattock before tying the body onto a rock and throwing it into a dam.

He then fled with the deceased’s Toyota Raum vehicle which he was later involved in an accident with on Monday.
