Socialite Tarisai Chikocho-Munetsiwa, better known as <a href="https://pindula.co.zw/Madam_Boss">Madam Boss</a>, has demanded an apology from Olive Tree Infant Academy for allegedly tarnishing her newly opened junior school, Madam Boss Kidz Corner.
This is after Olive Tree Infant Academy took legal action against Madam Boss Kids Corner administrator Jane Kasu.
Kasu resigned from Olive Tree last year but the school accused her of taking trade secrets, teaching methods and clients to Madam Boss’ school.

According to <a href="https://www.hmetro.co.zw/just-in-madam-boss-takes-aim-at-rivals/">H-Metro</a>, Olive Tree Infant Academy sued Kasu for US$50 000 in damages at the same time raising allegations that Madam Boss claimed to have tarnished her reputation.
Kasu has entered an appearance to defend the suit which Madam Boss believes has been made to soil the reputation of her school.
In a letter through her lawyer, Admire Rubaya addressed to Olive Tree Infant Academy lawyers Mundia and Mudhara, Madam Boss, gave the school 48 hours to apologise and retract the claims by withdrawing the suit. Part of the letter reads:

Our client instructs us to register its displeasure and unequivocal disappointment with the contents of your client’s alleged particulars of claim which are far from focusing on the purported claim for damages, but veer into a territory that is irrelevant, inflammatory, and frankly offensive to our clients.
These attacks, targeting their teaching methods, materials and even strategic plans, are not only unfounded but also highly disrespectful.
The particulars of claim make systematic attacks to our client’s teaching methods, material, strategic operational plans as if they reflect your own ideas and that they are not products of our clients’ original ideas.
To be clear, our client has proudly developed its own educational identity from the ground up.
They have no need to imitate or borrow from any competitor, including your client.
Suggesting otherwise is not only a gross misrepresentation but also an insult to their innovation and dedication as they are not copycats.
Our clients are pacesetters and or trendsetters who thrive on originality and superior logic.

Madam Boss’ lawyers argued that the claims by Olive Tree Infant Academy emanated from a point of fear of competition. They wrote:

Your client’s fear of a “new kid on the block” based solely on the employment of a former employee who resigned in September 2022 is frankly unbecoming.
Should competition be a source of fear, then perhaps your client’s own business model needs reevaluation.
With respect, your clients are not the last borns of intelligence and business acumen neither do your clients have a monopoly over business ideas, teaching methods and strategic management skills.

Madam Boss also denied claims that she accessed Olive Tree Infant Academy’s parents database after employing their former worker. Reads the letter:

They have never accessed your alleged parents database that belongs to your clients. As such, the claim that our client accessed your client’s alleged parents database is not only baseless but also a serious accusation requiring concrete evidence.
Our client, Tarisai Chikocho-Munetsiwa, enjoys a well-deserved reputation as a respected artist and socialite.
To suggest she would engage in such tactics is not only defamatory but also a demonstrably false characterization.

Madam Boss stated that Kasu has a right to associate with anyone she wants, describing attempts to stop her as monopolistic arrogance and lack of apprehension of competition.
She also said parents have the right to choose the best educational environment for their children, suggesting that some parents may have withdrawn their children from Olive Tree Infant Academy and enrolled them at Madam Boss Kidz Corner.

Madam Boss Demands Apology From Rival School For "Tarnishing Her Image"

Comedienne and Socialite Tarisai Chikocho, popularly known as Madam Boss, has dismissed reports that her new luxurious Ford Ranger was a donation.
Madam Boss was involved in an accident on 22 October this year on her way from Harare to Kadoma where she was billed to host the Jah Prayzah-Makhadzi show later in the evening.
She told <a href="https://www.hmetro.co.zw/i-bought-my-new-car-madam-boss-dismisses-claims-she-got-a-donation/">H-Metro</a> on Thursday that the car was not a donation but that she bought it. She said:

Do you think an insurance company can replace a damaged vehicle within a short period of time? I bought it myself and no one donated it to me.
</blockquote>
The socialite accused employees of a company that “failed” to fix wheel nuts of negligence, which she said resulted in the accident. She said:

The vehicle Inspection Department, evaluators, and police have concluded that the wheel nuts were not properly fixed, and that’s what led to the accident.
It is disturbing me daily, but as for my body all is now well and I am enjoying my new kid. She is performing well on the road.

Madam Boss revealed that her husband (Ngoni Munetsiwa) was helping her with business errands before she acquired the Ford Ranger to replace the Range Rover that was involved in the accident. She added:

Comedienne, Madam Boss, on Wednesday returned to a local private hospital for wounds dressing after she was involved in a horrific car accident on Saturday, 22 October a few kilometres outside Norton.
Dressed in a gray dress, the socialite whose real is Tarisai Cleopatra Chikocho, looked far better than the day she was discharged.
She was in the company of her mother-in-law, sister, and friends.
Speaking to <a href="https://www.hmetro.co.zw/madam-boss-back-at-hospital/">H-Metro</a>, Madam Boss said she was still recovering from the shock of being involved in a near-fatal acccident. She said:

Madam Boss Back At Hospital

Comedienne <a href="https://www.pindula.co.zw/Madam_Boss">Tarisai Cleopatra Chikocho</a> also called <a href="https://www.pindula.co.zw/Madam_Boss">Tyra Chikocho</a> who is popularly known as <a href="https://www.pindula.co.zw/Madam_Boss">Madam Boss</a>, was Saturday involved in an accident a few kilometres outside Norton.
She had to be transferred to <a href="https://www.pindula.co.zw/Parirenyatwa_Hospital">Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals</a> from Norton Hospital after complaining of chest pains after the crash, The Sunday Mail reported.
Chikocho, in the company of her friends, was on her way to a concert in Kadoma that was headlined by South African musician Makhadzi.
It is unclear who drove the Land Rover Discovery vehicle when it veered off the road and crashed into a tree.
Police spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi, confirmed the accident yesterday. Nyathi told <a href="https://www.sundaymail.co.zw/madam-boss-in-horrific-car-crash">The Sunday Mail</a>:

We can confirm that Madam Boss was involved in an accident close to the Norton Tollgate in the morning.
They were seven in the vehicle. It veered off the road and hit a tree.

Madam Boss Hospitalised After Accident On Her Way To Makhadzi Show

Socialite Tyra Chikocho, popularly known as Madam Boss, and her husband Ngonidzashe Munetsiwa are reportedly selling their house located in Seke because it has been “defiled”.
The house reportedly housed Ngoni’s alleged girlfriend Evangelista Ngonidzashe Zhou, who is pregnant, without Madam Boss’ blessing.

In her response, Evangelista urged Ngoni to be strong saying he should not sell the house in a rush. She wrote:

Madam Boss reportedly repossessed her Mercedes Benz from her husband.
One of Ngoni’s sisters told H-Metro that Ngoni should apologise to Madam Boss and not allow their marriage to collapse. She said:

Comedienne Madam Boss, whose real name is Tyra Chikocho, reportedly threatened to evict her husband’s girlfriend from the home where she is staying in Riverside, Chitungwiza.
Madam Boss’ husband, Ngonidzashe Munetsiwa, has been dating Evangelista Zhou for some time, a report claims.
The comedienne reportedly clashed with Evangelista on Monday and the latter sent photographs of her good times with Ngoni to her inner circle.
<a href="https://www.hmetro.co.zw/the-birthday-treat-madam-boss-husband-spoiled-lover/">H-Metro</a> reported sources as saying Evangelista feared that she would lose all the evidence of the good times she used to enjoy with Ngoni.
She claims Ngoni is responsible for her pregnancy. Said the source:

The founder of Tag a Life International (TaLI), a Women and girls’ rights organisation, Nyaradzo Mashayamombe has urged socialite and comedienne Madam Boss to upgrade her education to avoid making public blunders.
Mashamombe made the remarks after Madam Boss issued an apology over <a href="https://zero.pindula.co.zw/death-of-14-year-old-married-girl-madam-boss-comments-spark-storm/">her remarks on planned protests</a> that are meant to push the government to ensure justice for <a href="https://www.pindula.co.zw/Memory_Machaya">Memory Machaya, a 14-year-old</a> married girl who <a href="https://zero.pindula.co.zw/a-14-year-old-girl-dies-giving-birth-at-shrine/">died during childbirth in Marange, Manicaland.</a>

Controversial preacher Passion Java has been criticised for his social media post in which he claimed he was buying cars for two local comediennes, <a href="https://www.pindula.co.zw/Madam_Boss">Madam Boss</a> (Tarisai Cleopatra Chikocho) and <a href="https://www.pindula.co.zw/Mai_Titi">Mai Titi</a> (Felistas Murata Edwards).

Zimbabwean comedian, Madam Boss, real name Tyra Chikocho, has landed a role in a Nollywood series.

Madam Boss revealed that she is currently in Nigeria, where she will feature in a Nollywood series titled The Offspring, alongside Nollywood heavyweights such as Jide Kosoko and Ayo Adesanya. She said:

The versatile artist, who recently landed a role in a South Africa Sitcom, rose to stardom after releasing various comic skits which attracted a huge following on social media.

Mai Titi Threatens Madam Boss, Then Takes A Photo Near Her Residence

Comedian ‘Madam Boss’ said that she is fine-tuning her album which shall be on the market in August this year.
Though she is popularly known for her jokes, Tyra Chikocho, disclosed that she recorded her first album in 2012 but she got little support at the time.
Madam Boss hopes that her upcoming nine-track album titled “Ndinovimba Neni” will be a hit with her fans. In an interview with Newsday Weekender Life &amp; Style on Friday, Madam Boss said:
<blockquote>I am making final touch-ups to my new album, Ndinovimba Nemi, which will be out soon, and I am confident that the album will touch many souls.
We could have released the album in June, but there are slight changes because we have a United Kingdom tour in June.
I am not new to the industry as some might think, but recorded my first album in 2012.
I tried so hard to market the album and music, but to no avail, as there were little support and appreciation for new artists during that time.</blockquote>
She appreciated the role played by local radio stations in promoting upcoming musicians.

Madam Boss Set To Release Album In August

Comedienne Tyra Chikocho, popularly known as Madam Boss, was last week appointed NetOne brand ambassador. Chikocho rose to fame through her skits on Facebook in which she acts as Dudzai.
Madam Boss thanked her family and fans for supporting her as well as NetOne team led by CEO Lazarus Muchenje for choosing her despite her educational background. Said Chikocho:
