Veteran football coach Cosmas “Tsano” Zulu left Ngezi Platinum Stars on Friday, 03 February after four years at the club following the mutual termination of his contract.
Ngezi have since appointed Claudios Gunduza as their goalkeepers’ trainer, following Zulu’s departure. The club said in a statement:

Ngezi Platinum Stars Football Club would like to inform all its stakeholders that the Club has parted ways with Goalkeeper’s Coach Cosmas Tsano Zulu by mutual agreement.
Tsano, as Cosmas Zulu is affectionately known, joined NPS FC in 2019, but due to a restructuring exercise at the Club, both parties have mutually agreed to part ways with effect from February 2023. NPS FC wishes Tsano all the best in his future endeavours.
Meanwhile, Coach Claudios Gunduza has been appointed as the new Goalkeeper’s Coach.

Zulu told <a href="https://www.sundaynews.co.zw/tsano-speaks-on-ngezi-exit/">The Sunday News</a> that he was satisfied with the four years he spent at Ngezi Platinum Stars. He said:

I had a good four years at Ngezi Platinum Stars and I’m grateful for the good times I had.
Twice we managed to be in the Chibuku Super Cup finals and those are some of the good memories I have.
I would like to thank the club president Stanley Segula, the board chairman Takawira Maswiswi, executive chairman Leonard Musariri, the CEO and the secretariat, coach Deco (Chiragwi) and all members of the technical team, players and fans for the good times we shared.

Zulu worked under four coaches at Ngezi, namely Erol Akbay, Rodwell Dhlakama, and Benjani Mwaruwari as well as current head Takesure Chiragwi when he was the caretaker coach.

Veteran Coach Cosmas Zulu Leaves Ngezi Platinum Stars

Ngezi Platinum Stars’ disciplinary committee has cleared veteran football coach, Cosmas “Tsano” Zulu of allegations of undermining authority.
Zulu, who is the club’s goalkeepers’ coach, was suspended in July pending the outcome of an investigation of undermining authority within the technical set-up.
He was accused of undermining the Benjani Mwaruwari-led technical team before the former Manchester City striker and one of his assistants Bongani Mafu were dismissed a week later following a run of poor results.
Zulu denied the allegations and he has been cleared of any wrongdoing after the club’s investigations and a disciplinary hearing. Ngezi Platinum Stars said:

Following investigations instituted by the club, Cosmas Zulu was cleared of all allegations.
His future role in the club will now depend on the technical team plans of the newly appointed head coach Takesure Chiragwi.

Veteran Coach Cleared At Ngezi Platinum Stars

<a href="http://www.pindula.co.zw/Highlanders_Football_Club">Highlanders</a> goalkeepers’ coach Cosmas “Tsano” Zulu has advised his players not to participate in social games in the off-season. Zulu also discouraged them from drug use or engaging in any forms of football to minimise risks of injury.
He also said his players must have a thorough rest so that they are fully fit when they reassemble to start preparations for the new season. Speaking to The Chronicle, Zulu said:
<blockquote>We encourage players to have a proper rest during the break. We have a long season ahead and we need players to recover. Some of the players have injuries that need healing during the break so that when the league resumes they will be fit.</blockquote>
