Kuda Mahachi Joins Ghanaian Premier League Champions Madeama

Kuda Mahachi has joined Ghanaian Premier League champions Madeama on a one-year deal becoming the first Zimbabwean player t play in Ghana. The team will be playing in the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Champions League.

Mahachi has been club-hunting since May 2022 when he was suspended by SuperSport United following allegations that he had poured hot water on his 10-year-old son with the intention to kill him.

The former Highlanders FC midfielder has since been cleared of the charges by a local court but SuperSport chose not to renew the midfielder’s contract when it expired on 30 June, 2022.
