WATCH: Uganda Sends A Scathing Warning To "Anyone Who Incites Violence" Before The Elections
Uganda’s Inspector General of Police Martin Okoth Ochola has sent a scathing warning to the residents of Uganda a few days before the East African nation conduct Presidential Elections.
Ochola said anyone who will incite violence during the elections will wish they were not born in the following video that was shot by NTV Uganda:

Ochola told journalists that the Police will keep beating them for their own safety till the nation decides who should lead the country in a few days’ time.

Tensions have been high in Uganda since the election campaign season which saw an Opposition leader Bobi Wine being arrested and 37 people being shot after protesting in the East African nation’s capital.
