TIPS: Reverse Ecocash Transactions, Reset Blocked Pin

Ecocash has reiterated that its customers can reverse transactions and reset their Ecocash pins without visiting the mobile money operator’s physical offices.

Posting on its social media pages, Ecocash Zimbabwe said:

Ever blocked your EcoCash Pin or sent money to the wrong number? You don’t need to visit a physical shop to fix any of these problems. Simply dial *150# and access the EcoCash Self Help services such as PIN resets, Transaction reversals and so much more.

This is a relief to customers especially when Ecocash Agents who used to assist customers are no longer available after the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe ordered that they all be blocked.

Customers were left with the option of visiting physical shops or call the customer care service agents, who take ages to respond, which is inconvenient.
