Fuel Shortages Disrupts Service Delivery In Mutare

City Of Mutare has notified residents that service delivery particularly refuse collection has been disrupted by fuel shortages that have been ravaging the country for weeks on end, Manica Post reports.

The City published a statement to residents that read:

Notice is hereby given to all residents and stakeholders that the fuel challenges experienced in the country have affected service delivery… there will be numerous interruptions in service delivery programmes such as attending to water and sewer bursts and refuse collection.

According to the publication, Mutare City’s Public Relations Manager assured residents that normal service delivery would resume once the city received adequate fuel supplies.
