Video: What Education Do You Need To Run The Ministry of Youth: Chinotimba

Zanu-PF Buhera South MP, Joseph Chinotimba seems to have inadvertently taken a dig at new Minister of Youth, Sports, Arts and Recreation Kirsty Coventry after claiming that no education is required to run the Ministry of Youth. Chinotimba said the remarks when he was trying to make a case for his own appointment as minister. According to Chinotimba, the only ministry that requires formal education is the Ministry of Finance.
