"We Never Work On Conditions": Zanu-PF Responds To United States
Zanu-PF has responded to the conditions given by the United States government for the removal of sanctions. The United States said that it will be looking for concrete reforms from President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s government before it removes sanctions.
Responding to the conditions that were outlined by Stephanie S. Sullivan, who is the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of African Affairs during the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations presentation under the theme. “The Future of Zimbabwe”, Zanu-PF spokesperson Simon Khaya Moyo said that they do not work on conditions. Said Khaya Moyo:
We are never given conditions of engagements. As a party we never work on conditions.
