Less than 2 percent of people have registered to vote in Harare, Bulawayo

The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission ZEC has released a report which shows the number of people who have registered to vote using the Biometric Voter Registration system as of the 14th of October, 2017.  The numbers are not looking great at the moment.
