3188 "Green Bombers" reinstated following Mugabe's directive

 Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment, Patrick Zhuwao confirmed to ZBC News that 3188 youth officers have been reinstated to the civil service payroll following President Robert Mugabe’s directive to reverse the retrenchment.

Chairman of the Public Service Commission wrote to Zhuwao advising him of the development. He said that his ministry has come up with ways the youth officers can generate income adding that they have identified 37000 hectares of land to be utilised.
