Rafiq Khan
Rafiq Khan is a former Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) chairman and ex-convict.
In 2006 he was jailed at Connemara Prison for 2 years after a Harare magistrate upheld his conviction and sentence from 17 years earlier for breaking into and stealing from a car.[1]
Khan ad been convicted in 1992, for breaking into and stealing from a car in 1989 in Belvedere, Harare but he was granted bail pending appeal after he was sentenced to three years in jail, a year of which was suspended.[2]
Football Administration
Khan was elected Zifa chairman in November 2003. He however did not finish his term after he was jailed.
