Kirsty Coventry Academy is a non-profit academy providing swimming lessons in Zimbabwe founded by Kirsty Coventry and Tyrone Seward. The academy caters for children and adults, training coaches, school swimming and adult fitness. The academy is part of the Kirsty Coventry Trust registered in Zimbabwe.

Heroes
This is a community-based program that was launched in 2017 to leverage the power of sport as an effective method for tackling issues such as:
- High number of children not in school
- Teen pregnancies
- Child marriages
- Drug and alcohol abuse
- Gender-based violence.
Heroes provides free sporting activities through safe centres to children in underserved areas of Zimbabwe by utilizing existing schools, sports centres, fields, and volunteer coaches from within communities.
