Aleck Tabe is a Zimbabwean politician who currently serves as the Mayor of Masvingo City. He is also a Councillor representing Ward 4 and a member of the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC). Tabe was elected as Mayor to replace recalled Shantiel Yeukai Chiwara. He received 10 votes during the election, defeating Zanu PF Councillor Sharon Marombedze, who received 2 votes.

Tabe became the councillor for Masvingo Ward 4 in the 2022 by-elections, where he decided to leave his previous occupation as a money changer to serve in the council. These by-elections took place after Godfrey Kurauone of the MDC was removed from office. Tabe was re-elected in the harmonized elections held on 23-24 August 2023. After that, he was elected to be the Mayor.
