Tino Kadewere Could Play At Real Madrid Or Barcelona - Ex-Club
Djurgårdens IF’s sporting director Bo Anderson believes Tino Kadewere could end up joining either Real Madrid or Barcelona, or any of the big clubs in the English Premier League.
Tino Kadewere played for the Swedish league side after joining from Harare City in 2015 for a reported sum of €150 000.
TinoKadewere was later sold to French Ligue 2 side Le Havre before signing for French giants Olympique Lyon in January 2020 for a reported signing fee of US$15 million.
Speaking to a United Kingdom football website Firsttimefinish this week about Tino Kadewere’s future, Bo Anderson said:
He could play at Real Madrid or Barcelona. Or the biggest clubs in England. I’d be surprised if he doesn’t.
He always talked about how Real Madrid is his dream.
Tino Kadewere’s explosive start at the club has earned him praise from Real Madrid’s star striker Karim Benzema whom he recently said would love to play with.
The Zimbabwean international attributes his form to the calibre and attitude of his teammates who made it easy for him to adapt to the new club. He said:
We have played a lot of good matches and we need to keep working hard in order to finish the league campaign with lots of points to get back into the Champions League.
When I got here, I realised I had good teammates who work all the time with me, and who talk to me a lot. That explains why I’ve been able to adapt so quickly. When you play with players like my teammates, then it’s magnificent.
Meanwhile, Lyon are now third on the Ligue 1 log following their recent shock defeat at the hands of Montpellier but they still have a chance to return to the summit when they travel to Brest on Friday.
