G40 members accused of looting Zanu-PF Youth League funds

According to a Central Committee report presented to the Extraordinary Zanu-PF Congress last Friday, G40 members; Kudzanai Chipanga, Innocent Hamandishe, Mpehlabayo Malinga, Tongai Kasukuwere, Xavier Kazizi and Annastancia Ndhlovu looted funds from Zanu-PF Youth League.

The report does not specify the exact amount of looted funds looted but service providers that have come forward claim that they are owed over $350 000. The report reads:

The expelled Kudzanai Chipanga, Innocent Hamandishe, Mpehlabayo Malinga, Tongai Kasukuwere, Xavier Kazizi and Annastancia Ndhlovu hijacked the management of affairs of the Youth League. They completely took over the administration of the organ, thereby becoming the voice and face of the Youth League, overshadowing critical sub-departments of the organ. All this was meant to loot and plunder the organ’s resources.

The report also states that the affairs of the Zanu-PF Youth League were no longer being operated from the party’s headquarters.
