Zimparks helicopter crash lands in Hwange National Park

Speaking to The Chronicle, Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority (ZimParks) spokesperson Mr Tinashe Farawo confirmed that one of their helicopters crash landed in Hwange National Park and said they are now waiting on the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ) to make investigations to determine the cause of the accident.
Said Farawo:
ZimParks would like to confirm that a helicopter crash-landed at Hwange National Park today at around 4PM. Two people were aboard the chopper, the pilot and one passenger and none was injured as a result of the crash.
FeedbackHe said ZimParks had reported the matter to police and the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ).
